We are thrilled to embark on one of our most sustainability-driven projects to date: the complete interior design of a three-bedroom townhouse within Shamsa Townhouses, a thoughtfully crafted residential community in Expo Valley, developed by Expo City Dubai. Set within an undulating natural landscape overlooking a protected nature reserve, lake, and wadi, this development offers an extraordinary canvas for a home shaped by nature, calm, and conscious living.

This project marks a pivotal moment for our studio, as every design decision will be guided by an eco-conscious philosophy. We will be working extensively with earthy, renewable materials — warm European oak, sustainable bamboo, softly honed natural stone — paired with rounded edges, sculptural contours, and organic forms that echo the surrounding topography. Our intention is to create a home that feels serene, grounded, and intimately connected to its environment, without compromising on refinement or modern comfort.

The townhouse itself offers elegant architectural foundations: an open kitchen with a feature island, a master suite with double vanities, a private powder room, an en suite maid’s room, and direct basement parking access. These thoughtful layouts allow us to seamlessly integrate sustainable luxury into each space.

Expo Valley’s defining character — its “folded earth” topography, natural microclimate, car-free lanes, and dedicated cycling paths — sets the stage for a lifestyle centred on wellness and environmental balance. With wildlife roaming nearby, urban farming initiatives, and a green corridor leading straight into Expo City Dubai, the community embodies the future of conscious urban living.

As we shape this home, our goal is to honour the spirit of Expo Valley: a peaceful, modern sanctuary where nature and design coexist beautifully. This will be our most eco-elevated project yet, and we are genuinely excited to bring it to life.
