Our latest Dubai commission: a complete interior concept for a new apartment within Nautica One and Nautica Two, Select Group’s residential towers on the shoreline of Dubai Maritime City. Set between Port Rashid and Dubai Drydocks World, it’s a waterfront enclave fast becoming one of the city’s most sought-after addresses.
Our vision brings Scandinavian restraint together with the studio’s sculpted, considered style, a home that feels quietly luxurious and easy to live in. Soft architectural lines, tactile natural materials, and a warm, understated palette echo the coastal drama and contemporary form of the building itself.
Every detail is intentional, from bespoke joinery to hand-selected finishes, with texture and tone layered carefully throughout. The result is a sense of elevated calm: an apartment conceived as a quiet retreat, where beauty and simplicity sit together with ease.
Completion is set for Q4 2026. The project reflects a dialogue between Dubai’s energy and our own approach to sculpted, modern living.
