One of our most sustainability-driven projects to date: the complete interior design of a three-bedroom townhouse within Shamsa Townhouses, a residential community in Expo Valley, developed by Expo City Dubai. Set within an undulating landscape overlooking a protected nature reserve, lake, and wadi, it’s an extraordinary canvas for a home shaped by nature and calm.
Every decision here is guided by an eco-conscious philosophy. We’re working with earthy, renewable materials, warm European oak, sustainable bamboo, softly honed natural stone, paired with rounded edges and organic forms that echo the surrounding topography. The intention is a home that feels grounded and connected to its environment, without giving up refinement or comfort.
The townhouse offers elegant foundations: an open kitchen with a feature island, a master suite with double vanities, a private powder room, and an en suite maid’s room. Expo Valley’s “folded earth” topography, car-free lanes, and cycling paths set the stage for a lifestyle centred on wellness, with wildlife nearby and a green corridor into Expo City Dubai.
Our goal is to honour that spirit: a peaceful, modern sanctuary where nature and design coexist. This will be our most eco-elevated project yet.
